Click here to goto New Basic Membership Master Setup or

Login to your Invoay Back Office>>Master>>Membership Master

All the Active Membership will be listed on the page

Search for the name of the Membership that needs to be Inactive

From Is Active- Untick the Checkbox

Scroll down. 

Click on Save Changes.

The selected Membership Master will be Inactive. 

Note: Once In Active, the Membership Master cannot be Activated again
