Membership Masters (3)
Summary of Benefits of Membership Program :
- Customers feel like they're getting more value by opting into a membership program
- The check out process is a breeze for customers
- Services and products can both be part of a membership package
- Pricing and fees can be manually configured to suit any member-based business model
Memberships are becoming more common and one of the best ways to incentivize clients. If implemented properly, memberships can increase the frequency of your customer visits, retention rate and productivity, as well as drive revenue and increase your bottom line.
In membership, you can offer multiple levels of discounts which can be defined on all or specific services or products.
Invoay Backoffice allows you to create multiple types of memberships for your customers as per their preferences.
There are broadly two types of memberships that can be created in Invoay Backoffice -:- New Basic membership
- New Range membership
-
Membership Wallet Master (5)
Memberships are one of the most powerful ways to not only generate new business but also retain existing customers. A well curated membership can provide a continuous revenue generating stream for your standalone or chain of outlets while giving customers value for money through add-on value benefits.
Membership can be divided broadly into 2 types. A more traditional way of giving membership is tier based discount membership. Another way in which more revenue is focused could be the Membership Wallet.
This can be correlated with a prepaid membership where a customer pays a sum of value and a percentage of value is added to the overall available spend value. For eg. the customer pays a value of 10,000 but in lieu of this they get a load value 12,000 to spend.
Benefits for the customer
- Pay X amount- Get X+ % of Load Value to spend
- Redemption on every visit spent
- Secure OTP based redemptions
- SMS notification on balance amount
- SMS notification before expiry
- Carry forward balance on next recharge
Benefits for the business
- Get instant top-up revenue on Membership Wallet Sales
- Assuring next customer visits
- Long term customer engagement
- Avoid the hassle of daily management of payment transactions
