Click here to directly goto "Item Master" or

Log into Invoay Backoffice>>Masters>>Item Master

Search for the item by typing the Product name or selecting the Item Type or Category

Example: Delmonte 750 ml - search in the Name

In case of Temporary Disable the Product Item

Click on Store Details

Untick the Is Available checkbox

Click on Preview and Save Changes

Note: Item once disable can temporary can be reactivated.

In case of Permanent Disable the Product Item

Untick the Is Active checkbox

Click on Preview and Save Changes

Note: Items Once In Active cannot be retrieved
