What are the KYC documents required for DLT registration?
The basic documents required for the registration of an entity in any operator’s portal is
- Company PAN/TAN
- Certificate of Incorporation
- Address proof

‘KYC of Entities/TMs in new DLT system -reg’
As per TCCCPR 2018, TSP has to do KYC of the Entities/TMs it will register in its
system for sending commercial communications. The following are the list of
documents that are required to be submitted by Principal
Entity(PE)/Telemarketers(TMs) during the registration process in the DLT. This
exercise is to be carried out of each entity whose messages are sent through BSNL
network. The list of documents as mentioned against the different type of
Entities/TMs would meet the KYC requirements.
