or Login to Invoay Backoffice>>Masters>>Category Masters

Filter the name of the Category to be edited  
  

Click on "Edit"

Uncheck "Is Active" and "Save"

Category will be disabled

Important Note:
- Before you disable the Category Master, ensure that there should not be any active associated services on the list.
- Once disabled/inactive, the Category will not be available thereafter.
