Editing Service Item Master

Although it is possible to do any change in Service item master, any such changes will not be applicable to previous transnational data.

Click here Goto Item Masters or

Login to Invoay Backoffice>>Masters>>Item Masters

Following field can be edited by double tap

Service Name: Change to the desired name.

HSN/SAC Code:
SAC code for respective "Services" can be edited

Category:
Category of services can be changed from the available list in the drop down

Sub Category: 
Sub category of services can be selected from the drop down

Is Active: If this is unchecked the respective Service will be removed from the master list 

Click on Store Details to Edit the Following:

Sales Price: 
To change the sales price of the respective service

Is Tax Included:
Check box in this field, the service value mentioned in the Sale Price will be calculated including the taxes (CGST + SGST)

CGST & SGST: Edit this value in case of any changes in the percentage calculation of the taxes

Is Available: 
Checkbox if the service is available on the menu list at the time of billing.
Uncheck the box if the service isn't required on the list at the time of billing. 

Incentive: 
Percentage at which the incentive needs to be calculated can be edited here

Service Time in Minutes: Enter the value of service time (in minutes)

Reminder in days:
Enter the value (of days) after which the automated SMS alert should go to customers on their next due service and can also be tracked in the service due report.
